OpenSubtitles for Netflix

Hello, I would love to use this extension but I can't because nothing happens when I click on the extension. I am trying to 'load it' per the instructions, left-clicking on the extension in the extensions icon in the toolbar does not load the extension. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Doesn't work for days. Can't login.

It's good on the first try. Then, it keeps downloading sub and failed. Not sure what was the problem
