FEATURES FOR STEAM GAMERS • Buy-decision snapshots See whether a game is at its recorded low, near its recorded low, deeply discounted, currently full price, free-to-play, or temporarily free. • Regional price information View the current Steam price and lowest recorded price for your selected country. • Sale context See how many regional sale starts OpenGameStats has stored during the previous 12 months. • Player activity Check current players, the 24-hour peak, recent player momentum, and a compact seven-day player chart. • Review sentiment See the latest stored aggregate review percentage, Steam review description, and total review count. • Lowest-price highlights When a Steam purchase option or Store listing matches the recorded low, OpenGameStats can highlight it with a compact “Lowest recorded” label. • Hidden achievement details Reveal names and descriptions from Steam’s public game achievement schema. Missing hidden achievements can also be restored on supported Steam Community achievement pages. • Watch and set a target price Open the matching OpenGameStats game page to add it to your watchlist or configure a target-price alert. • Full historical data Jump directly to the complete OpenGameStats game page for longer-term player and price history. FEATURES FOR DEVELOPERS OpenGameStats also helps developers discover the data available through the OpenGameStats API. The extension includes a compact developer panel with direct references to supported endpoints for: • App metadata • Current and historical player counts • Regional prices and price history • Review summaries • Achievement schemas • Engagement statistics Protected developer API requests are not made from Steam pages. API keys, account sessions, billing information, and developer credentials remain outside the extension. PRIVACY-FOCUSED BY DESIGN OpenGameStats uses public Steam app IDs and your selected price country to request a narrow, storage-backed game summary. The extension does not: • Read your Steam password • Read your Steam profile or identity • Access your game library or purchases • Read your personal achievement unlock state • Store an OpenGameStats API key • Execute remotely hosted code • Include advertising or analytics trackers Your selected country and extension display preferences are stored using browser extension storage. DATA AND FRESHNESS OpenGameStats displays stored public game information. Data availability and freshness may vary by game and collection schedule. Recorded-low and sale-frequency information reflects observations stored by OpenGameStats and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future prices or sales. SUPPORTED PAGES Full game panels are available on supported Steam Store app pages. Price highlights may also appear on compatible Store listings, search results, and Steam Community game widgets. Hidden-achievement restoration is available on supported Steam Community global achievement pages.
