Shows which Faire conversations Opener handles, so your team sees only the ones that need you. Not affiliated with Faire.
Opener – Faire Inbox Filters shows which conversations in your Faire brand inbox Opener handles for you, so your team sees only the ones that need them. • Needs you: hides the conversations Opener handles. • To reply: shows your conversations where the retailer wrote last, with how long they have waited. • Opener: shows the conversations Opener handles, marked with the Opener logo. • In a conversation Opener handles, a note shows since when Opener has the account, its last reply and next follow-up. You can still reply at any time; Opener sees your messages. To connect, a brand admin creates a read-only key in Opener under Settings → API Keys and pastes it into the extension. The key can only read which conversations Opener handles. It cannot send messages or change anything. Requires an Opener account. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Faire.
