OpenCode Chrome Annotation
Overview
Annotate pages and send context into your local OpenCode setup
Select an element on a page, add a comment, and send it into a running OpenCode session. Connect the current tab from the extension popup, choose Annotate, pick an element, and write your instruction. The extension sends the page URL and title, element metadata (selector, tag, text, role, aria label, bounds), viewport size, device pixel ratio, and a PNG screenshot of the visible tab to the OpenCode plugin over local HTTP on 127.0.0.1 (ports 39240-39260). Requires OpenCode V2 with the opencode-chrome-annotation plugin running on the same machine. The extension runs no remote backend, no account, and no telemetry. OpenCode then handles the annotation with the model provider you configured, which may be remote. Screenshots are saved to a local temporary folder and are not deleted automatically. Independent GPL-3.0-only distribution, based on the original project by Benjamin Shafii.
