OpenAsGuest – Shared Link Access Checker

Check whether Google Drive and Dropbox file links open without signing in before you send them.

Before you send a Google Drive or Dropbox link, find out what the recipient will actually see. OpenAsGuest makes one signed-out request to the provider, without your cookies, and tells you whether the link opens for a stranger, asks for a sign-in or password, or is broken entirely. Paste a link into the popup, or right-click any Drive or Dropbox link and check it in place. If a link turns out to be restricted, fix the sharing setting and press Recheck: OpenAsGuest confirms when guest access starts working, so you are never guessing. No account. No sign-in. No analytics, advertising or tracking. No link history. Nothing is sent to any server the developer controls, because there is no such server — the check runs entirely in your browser and the results live only in memory. OpenAsGuest checks access only. It does not tell you whether a link is safe, who owns the file, whether specific named recipients can open it, or whether it will still work tomorrow.
