Can't log in on my iMac, but I know it's not a password issue

Hi, I can't log into my OpenSEO extension on my computer, and I know it's not a login issue because it's working on my backup computer. Error message I get says "unable to connect to the database, please try again later." Please help as this is slowing me down significantly in my job.

Blank page while on v12.0

I just installed for the first time today and its nothing but a page with a few pictures and no words regardless of where I click. The settings is also the same way, but i can turn on developer options, but that too doesn't do anything.
