Open Selected Links Beta
Overview
Opens multiple links in the selected content in the current or new window or a tab group. BETA TESTING RELEASE
This is a prerelease version for testing. For details and the stable (GA) app, please see https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hcihcignkpajeehfnomlncinacagapdf I'm planning to make releases to this app a few weeks earlier than the GA app. If things don't work, I'm counting on your bug reports to help keep those defects out of GA. You can contact me via "Visit Support Hub", then either "contact the developer," or the "developer's support site" link + "new issue' button if you have a GitHub account. What's new in Version 1.8.6 * Show `[empty]` for links with no text, not just missing text (#33) * Traverse open shadow roots when extracting links (#34) * Fixes links not being found on sites that render content in web components, e.g. Internet Archive * Fix links not found when a selection lies entirely inside an open shadow root (#35) * Browsers collapse such a selection's `Range` to a zero-width point; recover the real boundary points via `Selection.getComposedRanges()` where supported (Chrome 127+, Firefox 142+) What's new in Version 1.8.5 * Add copy links to clipboard (#28) * Copy button in popup writes checked URLs (newline-separated) to clipboard * Context menu item and keyboard shortcut (`osl_copy`) for copy without opening the popup * Add incognito/private window option (#29) * "Incognito/private" checkbox in popup; greyed out with a note if Chrome hasn't granted incognito access * When opened from an incognito window, the checkbox is pre-checked so new windows inherit privacy by default; user can uncheck to escape to a regular window * Context menu and keyboard commands respect the saved incognito setting * If already in an incognito window, "open in current window" stays there rather than creating a new one What's new in Version 1.8.4 * Fix opening links in a new window from the menu or command When viewing a page containing a list of links you want to open, such as a list of references in Wikipedia or a paper, it's convenient to be able to open them all at once rather than opening and dragging one at a time.
