Overview
Adds buttons to GitHub and Zenodo *.ijm and *.tif items and a context menu command to open images in ImageJ.JS
This Chrome extension tries to add 'Open in ImageJ.JS' buttons next to *.ijm or *.tif items in datasets hosted GitHub Gist, GitHub Repositories, or Zenodo.org and pages from the Human Protein Atlas. ImageJ.JS is an version of the popular ImageJ image processing software. Credits: Many thanks to Wei Ouyang and ImJoy Team for ImageJ.JS and to Wayne Rasband for ImageJ. The code for this extension is adapted from the 'Git History Browser Extension' by Luis Reinoso.
