概要
Preview and check a page's Open Graph metadata — see how it will look when shared and which tags are missing.
The Open Graph Checker by Coywolf makes it easy to check whether a page has the essential Open Graph metadata. When a page has the necessary tags, the extension shows a preview of the image, title, and description — how the page will look when it's shared. It also gives you a checklist of the Open Graph tags and flags anything that's missing or could be improved, like a recommended 1200px wide image, og:url, og:type, and og:site_name. Social media marketers will find it helpful for seeing how a news article, blog post, or product page will appear on social networks. If you don't like the image, title, or description, update the page, reload, and preview the change instantly. Developers get a tool that just works everywhere. Because the Open Graph Checker reads the live, rendered page you're viewing, it works on localhost and custom ports, on staging sites behind a login, and even when the metadata is added by JavaScript — Next.js, single-page apps, and other client-rendered sites — cases where tools that re-fetch the URL come up empty. Your privacy is respected. The extension only reads the page you're on when you click the icon, requests no broad permissions, and never sends your data anywhere. We hope you enjoy using it, and please don't hesitate to send us feedback. If enough people find it useful, Coywolf will add more features — we're all about optimizing and making things better.
