Open Anywhere for Shazam
Overview
Adds YouTube, YouTube Music and Spotify buttons to Shazam song pages, next to Apple Music.
Shazam is owned by Apple, so its song pages almost always link to Apple Music only. Open Anywhere for Shazam fills that gap: it adds YouTube, YouTube Music, and Spotify buttons right next to the existing Apple Music button on any shazam.com song page, so you can open the song wherever you actually listen. HOW IT WORKS - The buttons appear under a "Listen on:" label on every shazam.com song page. - Each button runs a search ("artist title") on that service and opens it in a new tab when you click it. - Why a search instead of one fixed video? On YouTube the same song has covers, live versions, lyric videos, and remixes, so letting you pick the right result is more reliable than guessing one. PRIVACY (none of your data is touched) - No data collection, no tracking, no analytics, no telemetry. - No accounts, no API keys, no audio recognition. - The extension makes no network requests of its own. It only reads the artist and title already shown on the page and builds standard search links. - It runs exclusively on shazam.com. Open source: https://github.com/polvora/open-anywhere-for-shazam
