Overview

Capture leads from LinkedIn and X into your CRMown CRM, and save Reddit threads to Social Listening — in one click.

CRMown Capture puts the person you are looking at into your CRM without retyping anything. Open a LinkedIn or X profile, click the CRMown button, and the contact's name, job title and company are read off the page and saved to your CRMown account. On LinkedIn it also captures their work history and education when the page shows it. Everything is editable before you save. On Reddit it saves the thread instead of the person — a pseudonymous handle is not a contact, so discussions land in your Social Listening inbox where they are useful as market research. You connect once, by approving the extension from inside CRMown. There is no API key to copy and no settings to configure. The approval screen lists exactly what the extension can do, and that list is the whole grant — it can create contacts and save Reddit threads, and nothing else in your account. Requires a CRMown account.
