Markdown Ferry - Web Clipper
Overview
Clip web pages or selected content to clean Markdown, then preview, copy, download, or send it to Obsidian.
Markdown Ferry converts the page you are viewing, or text you select on that page, into clean Markdown. You can: - Preview and edit the Markdown before saving it. - Copy a page, selection, link, or image as Markdown. - Download one page or all tabs in the current window as Markdown files. - Optionally download images referenced by the clipped page. - Send the result to a user-configured Obsidian vault through Advanced URI. - Customize title, front matter, back matter, filename, and download settings. Page content is processed locally inside the extension. Markdown Ferry does not operate a developer server, does not include analytics or advertising, and does not sell or share clipped content. Extension settings may be synchronized by Chrome through the user's browser account. Some browser-internal pages and the Chrome Web Store cannot be clipped because Chrome does not allow extensions to inject scripts into those pages. Markdown Ferry is independently maintained open-source software derived from the MarkDownload codebase and licensed under the Apache License 2.0. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original Chrome Web Store publisher.
