This app lack many basic functions. Very disappointed with the customer service and the trouble tickets. We are in day 2 of not being able to access text, email, messages and phone recordings on desktop. - The mobile app in insufficient, you are not able to get alerts, so you have no idea if your tour arrived. Terrible App. Super ineffecient, have to click 4-5 times to be able to complete a task, only to be re-directed to the beginning of the app again. Way better programs for Lead Tracking are out on the market.

Super intuitive and notifies me when I have a message just like all me other apps! Excellent
