Answering the same guest questions every day? Open the email in Gmail and click the orange HM-AI button. The assistant reads that email and drafts a reply from your HotelMentor knowledge bases. Ask a follow-up question if the draft needs a change, then copy it or insert it into your Gmail reply. You send it yourself: the extension never sends an email on its own. What it does • HM-AI button in every opened email, in the normal view and in the split reading pane • The reply draft appears as a card, ready to copy or insert • Choose one or more knowledge bases. The choice is shared with the HotelMentor web assistant, so you set it once. • The conversation is saved in your HotelMentor account, so you can pick it up later Meeting recording When a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call starts, the extension offers to record it: one click on Start recording, after you told the participants. You can also start it with a shortcut (Alt+Shift+R, on a Mac Control+Shift+R). The recording is transcribed in HotelMentor, and in Google Meet the speakers get their names.
