Onward interrupts your time on distracting sites with a short, guided grounding session instead of hard-blocking access. When you've spent too long on YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, or X, the page gradually blurs and a calm focus panel appears. You move through three quick exercises before deciding whether to continue: A breathing exercise to interrupt the scroll trance A reflection prompt you respond to in writing — no one reads it but you A grounding checklist to reconnect with your body and your day The whole session takes about three minutes. After completing it, you get your time back and can keep browsing — with intention this time. Onward is not a blocker. It doesn't punish you or lock you out. It's a speed bump that gives you a moment to check in with yourself: Am I here on purpose? Have I eaten? Is there something I'm avoiding? Features: Monitor up to 5 sites with per-site time budgets (5, 15, or 30 minutes) 3-tab guided session: breathing, reflection, grounding checklist Content rotates each session so it stays fresh Emergency skip option (3 per day) for when you genuinely need to be there Popup shows today's stats: sessions completed, skips remaining, time left per site All data stays on your device.
