Teach your concierge from anywhere on the web. See something your guests should know? Teach it in one click.

OnStay gives every property its own concierge: guests ask it anything about their stay, and it answers from what the host taught it. This extension lets a host teach their concierge while they browse. See the new brunch spot, the trailhead page, the hot-tub how-to video, a photo of the breaker panel? Right-click it and choose "Teach my concierge". Add a one-line note if you like ("get the al pastor"), press Teach it, and every guest can ask about it from then on. What you can teach: - A page. Only its public web address leaves your browser; OnStay fetches its own copy. - A highlight. Exactly the words you selected. - An image. The picture goes into your property's photos, and the concierge looks at it so guests can both see it and ask about it. - A YouTube video. The link is saved, the video is watched once, and guests can be shown it. What it never does: - It does not read pages you are not teaching. It touches a page only at the moment you right-click and choose to teach something. - It does not capture anything in bulk, and nothing behind a login is collected. - It does not save screenshots. Setup takes one minute: install, click the OnStay icon, paste the pairing code from Settings in OnStay, and start teaching. You can disconnect it from the same Settings page at any time. You need an OnStay host account with a live concierge. OnStay is for short-term rental hosts.
