doesnt work! after adding to chrome and clicking the arrow , the extension doesnt load ! waste.

bought 1100 credits. used the extension to convert 500 followers, and the next day I wake up and it says I have no remaining credits. I tried contacting support via the extension and the email address errors "Address not found"
