Everything you need is organized into three simple tabs — Browse, Favorites, and Recent — so finding your next station takes seconds. PLAYS IN THE BACKGROUND This is the big one. Your music now keeps playing even after you close the popup. Open a station in the morning and let it run all day while you work, browse, and switch tabs — no extra window to keep open, no interruptions. Playback runs quietly in the background and is fully controlled from the toolbar whenever you want it. BROWSE AND DISCOVER • Genre chips — jump straight to Ambient, Electronic, Indie, Jazz, Roots, Eclectic, and more. • Instant search — type a station name or genre and results filter as you type, with full keyboard navigation (arrow keys to move, Enter to play). • "All Web" — switch to the All Web chip to search a directory of 50,000+ internet radio stations from every corner of the world. The player automatically keeps only secure, directly-playable streams so you spend time listening, not troubleshooting. • Album-art grid — browse stations visually, with an animated equalizer on whatever's currently playing. FAVORITES AND RECENT Tap the star on any station to save it. Your favorites live in their own tab, one tap from playback. The Recent tab remembers what you've been listening to and when ("Now playing," "12 min ago," "Yesterday"), so getting back to a station you loved is effortless. Both work across your curated stations and the worldwide directory alike. NOW PLAYING, AT A GLANCE The now-playing bar shows the current station, its artwork, and — for supported stations — the exact track and artist playing right now, refreshed automatically. You always know what you're hearing. FULL PLAYBACK CONTROL • Big, clear play/pause button. • Volume slider in a tidy pop-out control, with your level remembered between sessions. • Sleep timer — set 15 minutes up to 2 hours and the radio fades out on its own. Perfect for falling asleep to ambient or jazz. • System media keys — use your keyboard's play/pause key and see the station on your operating system's media overlay. • Global shortcut — toggle play/pause from anywhere with Ctrl+Shift+P (Command+Shift+P on Mac), even when the popup is closed. ROCK-SOLID STREAMING We hardened the audio engine for reliability. All streaming is over secure HTTPS, and if a stream ever drops because of a network hiccup, the player automatically reconnects — quietly picking your station back up so the music keeps going.
