Overview

Meeting timer and tracker for Google Meet, Zoom and Teams

Track where your meeting time goes. Onkyoo is a meeting timer and tracker for Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Start a timer from any meeting and a progress bar shows time elapsed and time remaining, right on the meeting page, so you know where you are without interrupting to ask. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your meeting on Google Meet, Zoom or Teams, or pick it from your calendar. 2. Start your timer and set how long the meeting should take. 3. Review your history to see where your time actually went. WHILE YOU MEET - See time elapsed and time remaining at a glance - Get reminders before you run out of time - Know when a meeting is running over - Optionally give each agenda topic its own time budget MEETING HISTORY AND INSIGHTS Create a free account and Onkyoo remembers every meeting you track. It automatically groups recurring meetings, so instead of a flat log you get patterns, such as how long your weekly 1:1 really takes, which meetings consistently overrun, and how many hours a week you spend in meetings. START FROM YOUR CALENDAR Connect your Google Calendar and Onkyoo offers your upcoming meetings in the popup, so you can start a timer with the title and length already filled in. This is optional and read-only; Onkyoo can see your events, and can never change or delete them. FOR TEAMS Onkyoo also works as a shared timer. Share your session code and everyone sees the same agenda, progress bar and timing alerts. Facilitator mode prompts the host to decide when a topic runs over. You can also add any page to the session, and Onkyoo keeps everyone in sync as the meeting moves between documents, dashboards, tickets, pull requests and more. NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO START The timer works immediately without signing up. A free account is what saves your meeting history and insights, and lets you export your data at any time. PRIVACY Onkyoo only sends the information needed to run and sync your sessions. When a host adds a page to a session, Onkyoo uses its address and title to identify it and keep the shared timer in sync across participants. Pages that aren’t part of a session are not sent to Onkyoo. Onkyoo does not read the content of pages you add, record audio or video, transcribe meetings, or sell or share personal data with third parties. Onkyoo is free to use.
