Unfortunately it didn't work for me on Windows 10. Stuck on writing 0% for the past 20 minutes.

Didn't work. My OnHub Recovery Utility app installed on my Win 10 Chrome. That was fine. Because even after (2) USB drives, Neither will work, as the Writing stays at 0% for over 30 minutes for both. Can't be used. Why can't you have a Setup/EXE file for Windows? Frustrating how else can a recovery USB drive be created?!?!

i have a question, once i download it can i put it into a chromebook?

Seems to create a recovery USB just fine, however it renders the USB stick useless afterward. Must run diskpart, select the disk and clean, then go into disk management and create a new partition on the USB disk to fix. (Windows 10)
