Import freight routes from Gmail into OneDispatch

OneDispatch connects your Gmail to your dispatch board. Sign in once with your Google account, and the OneDispatch extension detects rate confirmation and load tender emails as you read them in Gmail — turning them into a route on your OneDispatch board without retyping anything. What it does: • Detects rate confirmation / load tender emails in Gmail and offers to import them as a route • Signs you in to your OneDispatch account with your Google account • Adds a quick-access button on supported freight sites (RXO Connect, Sylectus) to speed up posting and searching loads What it doesn't do: • It does not use the Gmail API and cannot read mail you haven't opened, send mail, or delete anything • It does not sell or share your data — see our Privacy Policy for details Built for trucking dispatch teams who currently copy load details from email into a spreadsheet or board by hand.
