Fills in your P3 student calendars from a usual week and saves a screenshot of each one. Everything stays on your computer.

OneClick Billed saves SETSS and related-service providers from typing every session into P3 by hand. Set up each student's usual week once. Every month, OneClick Billed opens with the month already filled in. Mark any absences, make your changes, and tick that you checked it. Then open your P3 invoice and click Fill in P3. For each student, OneClick Billed: • Opens the calendar and adds the missing sessions • Skips sessions that are already in P3 • Shows you any day that doesn't match, and leaves it alone • Saves a screenshot of the finished calendar to your computer It also warns you about going over a weekly limit, sessions over 3 hours, and two students at the same time. The calendar shows Hebrew dates and Jewish holidays. You stay in control. You log in yourself, you make the invoice, and you send it.
