how to turn it off

Somehow I accidentally turned this on on a web site. I don't need it, it is very irritating. I just want to turn it off. But it is on in Brave and in Edge and I have no idea how I turned this irritant on.

I'm sure for blind people they would appreciate it on a web site that is designed to work well with it, but FIVERR is not well designed for it and for those of me who can read, it is a double irritant.
