Hello! Have a good day. Your proxy manager tool seems to me the best one, but I request you to update it, so that it can support proxy protocol of http/s & socks4/5 with authentication (user & pass). Also, please make update of feature like Timezone changer, Location changer as well as Language changer based on connected proxy/ ip and a feature like checking to the proxy availability (single or bulk) to the specific website what I need to connect with.
