Know when your email is opened. Never forget to follow up. Write and send in Gmail as usual — MailPilot does the rest: • Every email you send from Gmail is tracked automatically. A one-line bar in the compose window lets you switch tracking off or change the reminder for that email. • ✓ sent, ✓✓ opened ("3m ago") and ⚠ bounced, right next to the subject in your Gmail lists. Hover for every open and one-click reminders; open the conversation to see its status under the subject. • A desktop notification when an email is opened, replied to, or bounces. • New emails get a reminder (replies and forwards are tracked only); a reply in the same conversation closes it automatically, with Undo. • No reply after 3 work days? "Today" shows who needs a nudge, with a draft from your templates (English and Vietnamese). MailPilot opens it in Gmail — you press Send yourself. • "Opened, no reply yet" and recent activity on the dashboard; response rate and outcomes. Your data, your rules • MailPilot never sends email for you and has no Gmail API access. It never reads message bodies. Sender addresses in your inbox list are compared with your own follow-ups inside your browser; only matching addresses are sent (for replies and bounces). • In some countries you should tell recipients that you track opens.
