Omnimo
Overview
Keyboard commands for tabs, site analysis, PDF/HTML tools, saves, notes, and YouTube — via omnibox or side panel
Omnimo is a keyboard-first command bar for Chrome. Type omni in the address bar and press Tab, or open the side panel and use the built-in CLI. Tabs — List tabs grouped by domain, close/suspend/sort, snapshots, stats, and more. Site — Analyse the current page: trackers, performance, security, readability, tech stack, and a health score. PDF — Metadata, stats, text extraction, and links — parsed locally in your browser. HTML — DOM stats, tag census, heading outline, and reader-mode-style article extract. Save — Bookmark pages with optional tags (synced across Chrome profiles); delete by list # or search. Notes — Attach notes to sites (stored locally on your device). YouTube — Video info, chapters, captions, transcripts; optional download as .txt. Privacy-first design - Site/HTML analysis runs in the active tab only when you run a command (activeTab + scripting). - Optional per-site host access — requested the first time you analyse an origin. - PDF parsing is client-side (pdf.js in an offscreen document); files are not uploaded. - YouTube caption text is fetched in your browser; no Omnimo server. - Notes stay in local storage; saves sync via Chrome only if you use omni save. Type omni help for the full command list.
