Omnibo Browser Agent connects your Omnibo AI assistant (app.omnibo.ai) to your Chrome browser, enabling it to research, navigate, read web pages, and perform actions directly on your behalf. Key Features: • Dedicated Tab Group: All automated browsing is strictly isolated inside a dedicated "Omnibo" tab group, your personal tabs are never touched. • Transparent Visual Cues: While the assistant is active, a glowing border, an on-screen status pill ("Omnibo is working in this tab…"), and an active badge clearly show what the agent is doing in real time. • Full User Control & Instant Stop: A prominent Stop button on the status overlay and extension popup lets you instantly halt the agent at any moment. • Strict Safety Guardrails: Sensitive actions, logins, payments, and deletions are protected by permission gates requiring explicit user confirmation. • Isolated Execution: Operates in an isolated environment using Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) to inspect accessibility trees and perform clean interactions without modifying page source code.
