OMNI helps clinics work faster by adding secure communication, AI-assisted triage, patient engagement, and workflow tools directly into supported web-based EMRs such as OSCAR and Juno. With OMNI, authorized clinic staff and providers can: - Send secure messages and one-way notifications to patients - Use reusable message, notification, and letter templates - Send bulk appointment reminders - Manage patient communication workflows and histories - Use team chat and internal collaboration tools for clinic staff and providers - Triage incoming EMR inbox documents with AI assistance - Apply custom routing rules for inbox documents, provider assignment, EMR user tags, and ticklers - Triage EMR ticklers with AI-assisted patient message drafting - Release eligible EMR documents to the patient portal - Attach EMR documents, eForms, labs, HRM reports, consultations, and eDocs to patient messages - Open clinic-specific OMNI workflow, automation, template, and patient journey tools from inside the EMR - Reduce repetitive clicking, manual lookup, and administrative follow-up work The extension is designed for authorized clinic staff and providers using OMNI with supported EMR systems, including Juno and OSCAR/OSCAR Pro environments.
