Local Chrome control bridge for Omni OPC agents.

Omni Browser Bridge 用于连接 Omni OPC 桌面应用和本机 Chrome 浏览器。安装后，经过用户授权的本地 Omni Agent 可以在你的 Chrome 会话中打开标签页、读取页面状态、获取截图，并执行你批准的浏览器操作。扩展弹窗会显示本地桥接连接状态和版本，并提供重新连接按钮，便于排查本机连接问题。
