Overview
See how much revenue is stuck in your A/R in 30 seconds. Your file never leaves your computer.
Upload your practice's A/R aging report and see how much revenue is at risk in about 30 seconds. Built for medical and behavioral health practices (psychiatry, PMHNPs, group therapy practices, therapists, psychologists), the Revenue Leak Scanner reads your aging export and shows: • Total A/R and your estimated revenue at risk • Balances by aging bucket: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120, and 120+ days • Your top 5 payers by dollars over 90 days • Estimated revenue at risk in each bucket, with a chart Works with CSV, XLSX, and XLS exports from most EHR and billing systems. Columns are detected automatically and you can adjust them. Reports with a days-outstanding column and reports with separate aging-bucket columns are both supported. Private by design: your file is processed on your computer and never uploaded. The scanner reads only payer, balance, and days outstanding and ignores every other column. We only see the contact details and summary totals you choose to send. The estimate is a rough guide. For the real number, get RevenueCTRL's free 90-day claims audit at revenuectrl.com.
