OM1 Autofill fills employer job applications from your OM1 application profile and attaches your resume, so you're not typing the same name, email, phone, links and work-authorization answers into every form. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click Apply on a job in OM1 (om1radar.com), or "Start applying" on your Ready to apply list. 2. The employer's application page opens and OM1 fills in what it knows: contact details, links, location, work authorization, experience, salary expectations and common written answers. Your resume is attached for you. 3. Questions only you can answer are listed in the OM1 panel. Answer once there and OM1 fills them on future forms. 4. You check everything and click Submit yourself. OM1 never submits an application for you. 5. When the employer confirms your application, OM1 marks the job Applied, sets a follow-up reminder, and offers the next job in your list. Works on the application pages of the most widely used employer hiring systems, including multi-step forms. You can also save a job from any page into OM1 with one click. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Reads application forms only on supported hiring sites, and other pages only when you click the extension. - Never reads your browsing history. After you submit, it can remember answers you typed to new questions so it fills them next time (you can see, remove or turn this off). - Never saves identity numbers, dates of birth, bank details or passwords. - Your resume is fetched over an encrypted link that expires in 10 minutes. - Disconnect any time from the extension or from OM1 Settings.
