Overview
Check MOT on Auto Trader listings. Sign in for faster checks.
What it does: This Chrome Extension automatically scans Autotrader listings for the plate, and then checks the history for the vehicle with only the click of a button. Why it's better: This replaces manually finding out the number plate in the listing, changing tabs, and then potentially forgetting it altogether and having to do it all again! Also, the competitors to this only allow for manual entry of the number plate without paying. Extra features: It also checks the history of the car for mileage discrepancies, and re-occurring problems, meaning you always go into a negotiation knowing the full picture. Price: This is fully free, with no paid plan, and no limits on free users. How it works: It uses an AI model to scan the listing images for a number plate, with this number plate, we search the official government database for the history of the car - no guesswork involved! We then integrate the results neatly into the Autotrader UI. Privacy: We send none of your personal information to our servers, only the number plate of whatever listing you are looking at.
