Capture candidates from LinkedIn & Naukri (Resdex and Jobs & Responses) into your Olibr database

Save candidates from LinkedIn and Naukri Resdex into your Olibr ATS in one click, with no copy-pasting. WHAT IT DOES • One-click capture from LinkedIn profiles: name, headline, current role and company, location, work history, education and skills (plus email and phone when they're visible to you). • One-click capture from Naukri Resdex, including the attached CV: contact details, experience, education, salary and notice period. • Naukri auto-save: switch on "Auto-save Naukri profiles I open" and every Resdex profile you open is saved to Olibr automatically, with no need to click Save. If the candidate is already in Olibr, their record is updated instead of duplicated. You can also keep a copy of the original CV file. • Review and edit every field before saving (LinkedIn, or Naukri with auto-save off). • Duplicate check: tells you when a candidate is already in your database (same email or LinkedIn profile). • Optional contact reveal on LinkedIn: find a missing email or phone number (1 Olibr credit for email, 3 for phone). • Works in Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Brave. SET IT UP IN 2 MINUTES 1. Click "Add to Chrome", then pin the Olibr icon to your toolbar (puzzle-piece icon → pin). 2. Click the Olibr icon and then "Connect to Olibr". Olibr opens, connects the extension and closes the tab by itself. If Olibr asks you to log in, log in and it will finish connecting. 3. Open a LinkedIn profile or a Naukri Resdex candidate and click the Olibr icon. • LinkedIn: review the details and click "Save as Candidate". • Naukri: click "Save as Candidate", or switch on "Auto-save Naukri profiles I open" once and every profile you open is saved for you. The connection lasts 30 days. After that, click the Olibr icon and "Connect to Olibr" again. PRIVACY The extension runs only on LinkedIn profile pages, Naukri Resdex and Olibr's own Connect page. It reads a page only when you open it there, and auto-save works only if you switch it on. Candidates you save go to your company's Olibr account. If your company has profile sharing switched on in Olibr, saved candidates with an email and phone number may be shared to the Olibr talent pool according to your company's contribution settings.
