Extension got hacked?

When I use it I get redirected to all sort of messages about Palestine. Please do something about it. It's useless.

Doesn't work on Facebook

Doesn't work on Facebook anymore, it shows a massage say "Could not extract FB Profile Picture", please fix it

Extension not working on instagram anymore.

It's been a week or so, that this extension doesn't open profile pictures from instagram. It works on Facebook though.

Accept New Permissions

App has been automatically disabled by chrome. Its telling me to accept new permissions that include.
"Read and change your data on all instagram.com sites."
Worrying, Plz provide clarification
