Page won't connect

Hello! I wasn't sure who to contact but when I use the BMI extension I continue to receive the following error: This site can’t be reached bigskyeda.cloud.bmisw.com unexpectedly closed the connection. I am unsure if this is an extension issue or BMI related and would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction. Thank you!
