It adds an "AI reply" button to the reviews screen and drafts a reply in one click. Features • One-click AI reply — generates a draft tailored to each review; you can edit it. • Batch mode (Pro and above) — reply to unanswered reviews quickly with the keyboard (Enter to confirm, S to skip). • Multi-language — detects English, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Thai, Spanish and French reviews and replies in the same language. Available on every plan. • Picks up your voice — drafts you create are referenced for future drafts (all plans). Replies you confirm in batch mode are also kept as examples, so replies sound more like your business the more you use it (Pro and above). • Import past replies — bring in replies you have already written (free, up to 20, all plans) so drafts sound like you from day one. • Tone presets (Pro and above) — choose Polite (standard), Friendly or Apologetic. • Manage your examples (MAX) — list the examples the AI refers to, turn them on or off, and set priority. • Store rules (MAX) — set words to avoid, topics to skip and elements to always include. Drafts avoid the words you set, and we tell you if any slipped in. Designed to be safe • Semi-automatic — the AI only drafts. You always review and post yourself (no auto-posting). • Reviewer names are never sent — the reviewer's display name is not sent to our server, and is never stored or used as an example. • Contact details masked automatically — email addresses, phone numbers and URLs in the review text are masked before it is sent to the AI and before anything is stored. Notes • A coremeo account (sign in with Google) is required. • The free plan includes 10 AI replies in total (a one-time trial; no monthly reset). • Works on Google Business Profile (business.google.com).
