JustClip Web Clipper

The chrome extension does not work. Gives the following error: Failed to initialize JustClip Web Clipper on this page. Reload the page to initialize.

I am trying to learn how to use this extension but I don't see concrete tutorials or even FAQ. I watched the youtube videos (2), which are supposed to be teaching how to use JustClip but they are way too fast to learn anything and there isn't any narration. They are just awful!!!!! Also, there aren't any comments at all for either videos, except for my comment on each video.

why a annotation tool need to sign up ?

This is by some measure the best clipping/annotation/note-taking extension (that's not all it does, either) that I've tried, and the easiest to immediately jump into. On-boarding is pretty good and the free tier is generous. Unfortunately, Clipicious either conflicts with the WordPress post editor, with the Divi builder, with some other extension of mine, or some combo of all of the above. Edit: Lots of conflicts with many websites. I'm guessing CSS/Javascript conflicts.
