Old 2025 icons for Google™ Workspace

Restores the pre-2026 icons (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and more) in browser tabs and the apps launcher.

Google replaced the classic Workspace icons with gradient versions in May 2026. This extension brings the familiar pre-2026 icons back everywhere they appear on Google's web pages, so you can tell your tabs and apps apart at a glance again. What it restores: • Browser tab favicons for Gmail, Calendar and other Workspace apps • The 9-dot apps launcher (the grid menu next to your profile picture) Open source: This extension is free and open source (MIT).
