Chrome Extension

I'm not sure how using a Chrome Extension ensures privacy. Doesn't it make more sense to use a more private browser? Just trying to understand. Thank you.

Hi. Can I use the desktop app for Apple? It looks like Linux is what's available right now. I'm not very technical? Is the Linux version user-friendly for Apple. Thank you.

app vs extenstion on chromebooks

What is the difference between the write.as app vs the chrome browser extension?

I have found both in the Chrome store on my Chromebook. I dowloaded the app, but I was starting to wonder if the extension woudl be a wiser choice? However I do not know much of the diference.

A swift response would be much appreciated.
