OktoRocket Relay

OktoRocket Relay is used to pass information from OktoRocket to other shop management systems.

OktoRocket Relay brings your shop's phone calls, text messages and customer history directly into your shop management system, so your service advisors stop switching between apps while a customer is on the line. Relay is a companion to your OktoRocket account. An active OktoRocket subscription and login are required. WHAT IT DOES KNOW WHO IS CALLING BEFORE YOU PICK UP When the phone rings, a call card appears on the page you are already working in. It shows the customer's name, their vehicles, any open repair orders, lifetime value and account tags, plus a running queue when several calls come in at once. If a first-time caller is not in your records yet, Relay can look them up in your shop management system and fill in what it finds. BOOK THE APPOINTMENT WHILE THEY ARE STILL ON THE PHONE Pick a service, see real availability, choose a time and confirm, without leaving the call card. Add a new vehicle inline if it is a first-time customer. CALL ANYONE WITH ONE CLICK Relay finds phone numbers on the page and makes them dialable. Calls ring your existing endpoint, whether that is a desk phone, a softphone or your browser, so nobody has to retype a number or move to another app. TEXT CUSTOMERS WITHOUT SWITCHING TABS A full messaging drawer rides alongside your shop management system: conversation inbox, threaded history, attachments and search. Send a message, share an estimate or inspection link, and get back to work. LOOK UP ANY PAST CALL The call history panel shows recent calls across your shop, or filter to just missed calls, just yours, or just the customer you are looking at. Play back the recording, read the transcript, review the AI summary and coaching feedback, and add notes. PUT THE CALL IN THE REPAIR ORDER When a customer has an open repair order, save the call's notes, AI summary and a link to the recording straight onto that repair order, recorded under your own login so your team sees who added it. Available where your shop management system supports it. NEVER LOSE AN OUTBOUND CALL Calls you place from any phone surface a quiet reminder, and when the call ends Relay offers to capture a note against the right customer while it is still fresh. WHY SHOPS USE IT Advisors answer the phone already knowing the customer, the vehicle and the job. Bookings happen during the first call instead of a callback. Every conversation, voice and text, ends up attached to the right customer record without anyone doing data entry. And it all works with the phone system you already have. HOW IT FITS IN Relay adds to the pages you already use. It does not replace your shop management system or change how it works, and every feature can be turned off individually in Settings. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Relay only activates on your shop management system and on your OktoRocket account pages. It reads the page you are on to find phone numbers and identify the customer record in view, and it communicates with OktoRocket to fetch your calls, messages and customer data. It does not sell data, it does not advertise, and it does not track your browsing on other sites. GETTING STARTED 1. Install Relay. 2. Open the options page and sign in with your OktoRocket account. 3. Open your shop management system. The Relay tab appears on the right edge of the page.
