Reached limit

I recently purchased PRO Membership's and it says the limit is both 80,000 for extracting followers and followings. I am currently extracting 16,844 followers to be exact and it STOPPED at 9,662 and says "Reached the instagram limit, we will automatically continue after Xh Xm Xs"
It's not even half of the 80,000 limit. Why is that? Can you resolve this? I also emailed you at customer@savemydayapp.com
