Save the recipe on the page to your ShredChef cookbook in one click, with its calories and macros worked out for you.

ShredChef adjusts the recipes you already cook to hit your calorie and protein targets: the same dish, not someone else's meal plan. This extension saves the recipe on the page you're on, in one click. Open a recipe page and click the ShredChef icon. The extension reads the recipe on that page, in your browser, and shows you what it found. Nothing is sent until you press Import. Then the recipe goes to your ShredChef account, which works out its calories and macros and writes short cooking steps of its own. From there you can shred it to fit your targets. • Runs only when you click it: no background activity, no browsing history collected • Reads one cookie only: your own ShredChef sign-in, on shredchef.ai, so the recipe lands in your account • If a page isn't supported, "Report this page" sends us only its address • Requires a free ShredChef account • The extension is free.
