MAX – Marketing Automation eXplorer
Overview
View Eloqua emails, forms, landing pages, segments and campaigns in plain English, and see how they performed. Never edits assets.
MAX – Marketing Automation eXplorer helps Oracle Eloqua users review their marketing assets quickly and confidently, without clicking through every screen in Eloqua. Sign in with your own Eloqua account, pick an asset, and MAX shows what it contains in plain English and how it performed. LOOK INSIDE ANY ASSET • Emails: subject line, sender, reply-to, email group, header and footer, every link and image (with alt text), and a preview of every version of the dynamic content, by country or by any other rule. Shared content blocks are listed too. • Forms: every field and what it saves to, hidden fields and their values, and each processing step written out in plain English, including conditions. • Landing pages: the page as Eloqua stores it, and the forms on it. • Segments: who is included and excluded, in plain words, plus the current contact count and when it was calculated. A "Calculate count now" button asks Eloqua to recount. • Campaigns: the whole journey as a flow diagram, like the Eloqua canvas, with yes/no branches, loops, how many people are at each step right now, error routes, and steps nothing connects to. A list view is also available. Anything an asset points to (programs, shared lists, custom objects, emails, filters) is shown by name, not just by ID. SEE HOW IT PERFORMED • Email performance: sent, delivered, opens, clicks, click-to-open, bounces and unsubscribes, links clicked, and results by country. • Form submissions: totals, people, repeat submitters, and a breakdown by campaign. • Campaign performance: every email side by side, form submissions, and where people are in the journey now. • Landing page traffic: views, unique visitors, where they came from, and conversion. Choose any period up to 12 months. Results include a day-by-day chart and can be downloaded as CSV for Excel or printed to PDF. SHARE FOR REVIEW Create a review file of an email's versions that anyone can open in a browser, with no Eloqua login. You can also print any page or save a copy of an asset's settings for support. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • There is no MAX server. MAX talks directly from your browser to Oracle Eloqua and nothing else. • Your password is never saved, and you are signed out when you close the browser. • MAX never shows contact details, only counts. • MAX does not create, edit or delete your Eloqua assets. The only request it can make is asking Eloqua to recalculate a segment's contact count, and only when you press that button. REQUIREMENTS Your own Oracle Eloqua account. Performance reports use Eloqua's Bulk API, which your Eloqua user must be allowed to use. MAX is an independent tool. It is not made or endorsed by Oracle. Oracle and Eloqua are trademarks of Oracle Corporation.
