Investopedia Dictionary not working

Hi there,

It looks like the URL to search for terms has changed on the Investopedia website. I believe your plugin has not updated the link thus the functionality is not working and you are directed to an Investopedia 404 page.

Add wordreference.com

Hello,

Thank you for the great extension.
Could you consider adding a wordreference.com - powerful resource with a translator, definitions, synonyms and with functionality I like the most: a word can be pronounced with up to 10 different accents (UK, US Southern, Scottish etc) on a normal speed or slower.

2 requests which make this extension the best !

Great extension, however I have two requests which make this extension the best (5 stars):

1) This should have auto-popup option like Google Translate extension has. Double-clicking triggers a pop-up window instead of short-cut key, that would be fantastic :D

2) Please support COBUILD American English Dictionary.

Please add Webster's 1828 dictionary which I found here:

the search parameters are easy basically just append the word to the end of the address such as
