You no longer need to prepare all three Asian-language translation packs to continue onboarding. You can prepare later; local translation for a missing route becomes available after its models are ready. Local original captions still require the speech model. • Flexible subtitle display Show original captions, translated captions, or both. Available translation languages depend on the selected mode and browser support. • Reuse your subtitles Copy text and export supported subtitle sessions as TXT, SRT, or VTT. Timed exports require timing data; estimated timing is identified before export. HOW TO USE 1. Open a page with audio or video. 2. Click the Lingather icon in your toolbar. 3. Choose Local or Online, select your subtitle language, and start listening. PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS Tab Capture reads audio only from the tab you choose after you start. In Local mode, speech recognition and translation run on your device. In Online mode, audio is sent to online services to provide recognition and translation.
