Scribe: AI Documentation, SOPs & Screenshots

Seriously a game changer - I'm in the process of convincing my company to roll all SOPs over to Scribe. The simplicity and flexibility is huge - complex processes that are all related? Build a page and throw all the Scribes in a clean, clear outline. Absolutely love this for anyone that works remotely and spends more time than should be allowed, explaining how to execute simple computer functions.

Where as this product all my working life! It almost makes me regret retiring. Found out about from Champagne Cruz's instagram posts! When I think of all the time spent in the past taking screen shots to prepare user guides. This pretty much does all the work for you So easy to use , automatically produces step by step guide, minimal changes needed. Have used this to produce guide to some volunteer software I use - for new volunteers It's been a joy

Scribe is essential to my work flow. I get multiple requests of "how do I find?" and "where can I see that?" each week. Scribe helps me to record step by step the how/where/what of these requests and I can either create a generalized one for multiple users or meet the specific needs of one requester. This app is an absolute game changer. Creating SOPs for our team has never been easier. I find myself utilizing Scribe for even small tasks to help provide step-by-step instructions to be sure that every team member is trained with the same methods.
