Tired of Crunchyroll going blurry? Its quality menu only offers "Highest Available", "Moderate" and "Data Saver", and even on Highest Available the player starts episodes blurry and drops resolution whenever it decides your connection looks slow (even if it isn't). Crisp fixes that, and adds the player features people keep asking for. SHARPEST QUALITY, LOCKED • Keeps the player on the best quality the episode offers, usually 1080p, from the first frame. • Or lock a fixed 1080p, 720p or 480p instead. • A small badge shows the real resolution when an episode starts. LIVE STATS OVERLAY • Press I to see the resolution, frame rate, codecs, bitrate, buffer, dropped frames, download speed, the qualities on offer and the DRM in use, updated live. AUTO-SKIP • Skip intros, recaps, credits and next-episode previews automatically, each with its own switch. • Uses Crunchyroll's own skip markers. Every skip shows a "Watch it" button to undo it. PLAYER EXTRAS • Speed from 0.25× to 4× with [ and ], optionally remembered across episodes. • Theater and full-window player sizes (W). • Picture-in-picture (P). • Ctrl+← / Ctrl+→ jump back or forward by a length you pick: 5, 10, 30, 85 or 90 seconds (85 clears an opening). • Blur the seek-bar thumbnails to avoid spoilers. PRIVACY Everything happens in your browser. Crisp has no analytics, no accounts and no servers of its own. It only chooses among the qualities Crunchyroll already streams to your account, and you still need your own Crunchyroll subscription. • A locked quality never drops, so a connection too slow for it will pause to buffer instead of turning blurry. Pick a lower "Lock at" if that happens often. • Leave Crunchyroll's own quality menu on Highest Available.
