Save jobs to your Submiti Tracker, and fill application forms with what you wrote in Submiti. You always press Submit.

Submiti helps UK job seekers write strong applications from their real experience: track roles, keep your stories in one Evidence Bank, write statements, cover letters and tailored CVs, and check them the way an assessor would. This extension brings the jobs and the forms to you. Save a job in one click. click the Submiti icon, and the job is saved to your Tracker before the advert disappears: • Job title and employer • Salary and grade • Closing date, straight into your Tracker • Contract type and working pattern • Job reference • The recruiter's contact details • The full job description, saved without the site's menus or adverts You check what it found before anything is saved. Saving the same job twice is caught automatically. Save a shortlist from a search page On a search results page, tick the jobs you want and save them in one go. Open any of them later and its full description is added to the saved job. Fill this page On an application form, one click fills your details from your Submiti profile (name, email, phone, town, LinkedIn) and pastes the statement, behaviour answers or cover letter you wrote in Submiti into the right boxes, with each box's word limit checked. You choose what gets filled. It never fills anything about other people, such as referees, and it never presses Submit: you check the page and submit it yourself. Your privacy The extension only reads a page when you click its icon. It never runs in the background, never tracks your browsing, and sends data only to your own Submiti account. LinkedIn pages are not supported, because their terms do not allow extensions to read them: paste the job description into Submiti instead. Requires a free Submiti account: https://submiti.io
