No self-reporting. Measurement from real behavior. HOW IT WORKS - Install the extension and use ChatGPT or Claude as you normally would. My AI EQ measures 10 behavioral signals covering timing, iteration depth, and evaluation habits. To do that, it reads your prompts and the AI's responses inside your browser and turns them into numbers and simple labels, like word count or whether a prompt is a coding task. The text itself is never saved, logged, or sent anywhere. - The scoring engine understands context. A precise two-word follow-up deep in a conversation scores as high as a detailed opening prompt. Switch to your terminal to run what the AI suggested, then come back, and that is recognized as orchestration and scored positively rather than penalized. Quick-answer sessions are scored differently from deep collaborations. - Coaching starts in your very first session, not after weeks. It reads prompt and response text in your browser to measure things like length, structure, and task type. It keeps only those measurements, on your device. It never stores, logs, or transmits the text of your prompts or the AI's responses, or any excerpt of them. What it keeps is behavioral metadata: signal type, timestamp, counts, durations, simple labels such as task type, and which platform you were on. Your conversations stay yours. All data stays in your browser unless you sign in to a My AI EQ account. If you do, it syncs your scores and session summaries, never conversation text. The extension needs no account for individual use.
