Keep the lyrics close to the music. Oke-Box adds an adjustable lyrics panel to regular desktop YouTube videos. Read lyrics beside or below your video, or display them over it. Adjust timing, follow compatible timed lyrics and save your preferred lyrics for each video. Add locally generated Japanese, Korean and Mandarin pronunciation beneath the original words. These are approximate reading aids, not translations, and can be corrected. Open a regular YouTube video, click the Oke-Box toolbar icon, and choose available lyrics or paste your own. No Oke-Box account or paid AI key is required. Online lyric searches use LRCLIB. Oke-Box does not retrieve YouTube comments, descriptions or captions. Saved lyrics, guides and preferences stay in this browser. Lyrics and timing depend on the source and song version. Not every video will have suitable lyrics. Oke-Box does not remove vocals or provide professional singing scores. An optional microphone practice experiment is labelled Beta and processes audio locally without saving or uploading recordings. It is not an accuracy rating against the original singer. Free to use. Optional support helps maintain Oke-Box and develop more small tools.
